We do not seek to attract people who are looking for get-rich-quick schemes or easy make-money-overnight systems and strongly advise them against purchasing our products.
If you have taken 50% of any Skyrox course (verifiable in the Thinkific platform or other course software) and are not satisfied with the product, then please email us at hello@skyrox.io and we will refund you for your purchase.
Due to the nature of the online education and consulting industry, we reserve the right to protect our intellectual property to prevent people from purchasing, downloading, and then repurposing for their own commercial use.

Due to the nature of the services, there’s a strict refund policy on these.

SKYROX DIGITAL PRODUCT
By purchasing any Skyrox digital product, you gain immediate access to the downloadable content or training resources. Upon completion of your purchase, all materials will be delivered via email or available on our designated platform (such as Thinkific), and you will receive an email with access details.
Included Deliverables May Include:

- Support via Email
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive access to all materials. As per our general policy, if you have completed 50% or more of the program and are not satisfied, you may email hello@skyrox.io for a refund request.

DONE-FOR-YOU SYSTEM BUILDS
By purchasing a Skyrox Done-For-You (DFY) service, you are gaining access to custom-built assets and strategy based on your input. These are not general training programs but tailored builds, which are non-refundable.
Included Deliverables May Include:
- Fully Designed Funnels or Sales Pages
- PDF & Digital Product Creation
- Offer & Hook Strategy
- Custom Ad Packs
- Platform Integration (e.g., Go High Level, Thinkific, Notion)
Due to the instant and comprehensive access provided, and the strategic and creative work involved, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. In accordance with EU digital product regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply once digital content has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & MEMBERSHIP ACCESS
By subscribing to a Skyrox membership or subscription, you will receive ongoing access to materials and/or done-for-you digital marketing systems.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, you must email hello@skyrox.io with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your next billing date (Monday to Friday only).
No refunds will be issued for any past payments due to the nature of immediate digital delivery.

We do not sell business opportunities, get-rich-quick programs, or income guarantees. Any strategies, tools, or results referenced are educational in nature and do not guarantee earnings or success.
We do not make income claims. All materials are protected by copyright and duplication or redistribution is prohibited.

If any dispute arises, we will first attempt to resolve via mediation in London, UK. If mediation fails, jurisdiction falls under the courts of England and Wales.

TERMINATION
This agreement remains in effect unless terminated by either party. If you breach any terms, Skyrox may immediately revoke your access. Upon termination, all materials must be deleted.
